  2. Keep oven on while you sift flour salt baking powder soda cocoa powder stir in shaved chocolate
  3. In a large bowl mix egg milk vanilla coffee
  4. Fold flour and wet together to make mix
  5. Butter a 9 in pan and pour batter in and bake for 20-45 min its taken both thoes times so watch yours toothpick should come out clean
  6. For your topping make a double boiler and melt your chopped chocolate pour in cream and stir only to combind and let stand out until cake is done
  7. It shoudl resemble a ganash and your carmal should be cooled be now so pour your caramal into your chocolate and mix with a hand mixer until kina fluffy its good to add a little salt to this and when cake is cool i poke wholes in the cake and pour your chocolate carmal over
