  1. Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add chives and cook about 10 seconds. Add cognac and stir.
  2. Add parsley, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Add beef (or chicken) broth and stir.
  3. Swirl in 1 tablespoon butter and serve.
