Chinese Drumsticks Pakistani Style

Ingredients:

  • 12 chicken drumsticks, skinless (applied deep cit in it)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • salt , as required
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp flour (already mixed chicken cube)
  • oil, -as required (for frying)

Directions:

  1. First of all take drumstick wash it with warm water.
  2. Take a bowl put flour, sugar, vinegar, soya sauce, honey, black pepper, salt, egg yellow marinate it in drumstick and leave it for 1 hour.
  3. When you are going to fry then take egg white dip drumstick in it and fry it over slow flame.
  4. When it gets golden brown in color then remove it from oil.
