Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Put chicken in roaster.
  2. Combine ingredients and pour over.
  3. Cover with lid.
  4. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
  5. Remove lid.
  6. Baste and cook 30 minutes longer uncovered.
