Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cup quick rice
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2-3 tsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Stir rice into boiling water cover and remove from heat let stand for 5 minutes. In a 10 inch skillet cook slightly beaten egg in butter add onion and rice. saute stirring over medium heat until mixture is lightly browned. mix soy sauce with 3/4 c water and stir into rice cook until browned.
