Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a heavy-base pot.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Fill basin of water with ice cubes.
  4. Cool down the boiled ingredients in the ice bath prepared.
  5. Opt to garnish with berries and fruits as follows : kiwi, strawberries, oranges (cut into cubes); raspberries and blueberries.
  6. Soup should be chilled for minimum 1 hour before serving.
