Chili Marinated Pork

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup caribe chile pepper
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 5 lbs pork chops

Directions:

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients in a blender.
  2. Put chops in a large pan.
  3. Pour marinate over top, turn to coat.
  4. Cover pan with foil.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Grill or bake, covered, in a 325 degree oven until done.
