Ingredients:

  1. Cook pork roast in a big boiling pan with half water
  2. As it is cooking start your chili you will need to have a pair of cloves for your hands. fill your blender half way full with hot water then cut the stems off the peppers and put them in the hot water to soak use as many as you want depending on hotness soak for about ten minutes then cut tomatoe and add them add a pinch of galic salt then blend until liquid then put aside in bowl then take a half cup of flour and 2 cups water and blend it up set aside in a cup
  3. Then when your meat is cooked let it cool down and cut it up in small pieces if you want you can do this with the raw meat before cooking then put meat back in pan and add the red chili quickly stir in the flour mixture a little at a time until it is like gravy add salt and pepper ,chili powder to your likeing (hit alot of salt )
