  1. Heat broiler then spread popcorn in jellyroll pan.
  2. Stir together butter, chili powder and salt in small bowl then pour over popcorn and toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over popcorn then broil until cheese melts about 3 minutes then toss to coat.
