Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans chili with or without beans (about 16 oz each)
  • 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 slices of american cheese

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350
  2. Pour chili in a 9 x13 baking dish
  3. With a spatula spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the chili
  4. Place sliced american cheese side by side over the cream cheese so the cream cheese is covered
  5. Place in oven for approx. 10 mins. (just until american cheese is melted).
