Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of chili with beans
  • 2 cups of mexican cheese
  • small can of hominy
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. In a med. sauce pan melt butter and scramble eggs
  2. Add chili and drained hominy ,simmer for 20 mins stir occationally
  3. Remove from heat and mix in 1 1/2 cups of cheese
  4. Sprinkle remainder of cheese over the top
  5. Serve with fritos or chips
