Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Spread potatoes in bottom on pan.
  3. Top with peppers and chicken, set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, soup, ranch dressing mix, and salt and stir thouroughly.
  5. Spread over chicken.
  6. Cover with foil and bake 1.5 hours at 350, until browned and bubbly.
