Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop veggies (except peas, no need to chop them)
  2. Put all vegs in crock pot (3 quart or larger)
  3. Wash chicken pieces (this is about 4 thighs 1.5 lb with bones) and place on top of vegs
  4. Sprinkle with favorite seasoning (such as Old Bay)
  5. Cover with 2 cans condensed soup
  6. Cook at least 5 hours
  7. Serve over brown rice or baked potato
  8. Freeze leftovers in individual portions for later
