Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. ) Place chicken in pan and cover with water. Boil chicken for 1 hour with salt and pepper (onion or peppers optional)
  2. ) Place garlic, chili powder, cumin, whole tomatoes, and 2 cups of broth from boiled chicken in a blender
  3. ) Saute onions and bell peppers for 4-5 mins, add chicken and saute 4-5 more
  4. ) take blended mixture and add to pan with chicken, bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 20mins
