Chicken Strips With Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut breasts in 1/2 crosswise,then in strips lenghtwise.
  2. Mix salt, pepper, oregano,and flour in shallow dish.
  3. Add chicken pieces, stir to cover.
  4. Heat butter and oil in lg skillet.
  5. Add strips, cook and stir until browned.
  6. Add tomatoes and garlic, cook and stir 3 minutes.
  7. Add basil and lime juice.
  8. Blend well.
