Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips.
  2. Stir together cornstarch, soy sauce and garlic.
  3. Add chicken strips.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Marinate at least 30 minutes.
  6. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet.
  7. Stir fry chicken until no longer pink.
  8. Remove and keep warm.
  9. Do not overcook.
  10. Add remaining 1 tablespoons oil to skillet.
  11. Stir fry broccoli, celery, carrots, and onions until done as you like.
  12. Add chicken stock.
  13. Add reserved cooked chicken.
  14. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
