Chicken Salad With Bacon Lettuce And Tomato

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place bacon in a large skillet.
  2. Cook over medium high heat until evenly browned.
  3. Drain, crumble and set aside.
  4. Prepare dressing by mixing mayonnaise, parsley, green onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir together the chicken breast, tomatoes and bacon.
  6. Pour dressing over mixture and toss to coat.
  7. Refrigerate until chilled.
  8. Serve over lettuce leaves.
  9. Garnish with avocado slices.
