  1. Heat a pan and lightly coat it with oil. Once the oil is heated, add garlic, salt and pepper and cook until garlic is lightly golden. Add the chicken and cook until done. Pour in tomatoes and reduce until there is no liquid and it has a paste consistency. Add in the green onions. Spoon the chicken mixture into a tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese and wrap. Place in a 500 degree F oven and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is lightly golden.
