Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Clean and trim chicken.
  2. Clean and slice leeks.
  3. Rinse and drain spinach.
  4. Place chicken on a sheet of foil (large enough to make a packet with the veggies).
  5. Evenly divide and place leeks and spinach on top of chicken.
  6. Wrap foil around chicken and veggies.
  7. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
