Chicken, Garlic, and Rosemary Pizza

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 515.
  2. Cut chicken into 1 x 1/2 inch strips, put aside in small bowl.
  3. Add garlic, rosemary, and enough olive oil to cover, stir to coat evenly.
  4. Cover with plastic, marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out dough on cornmeal coated paddle, lightly brush with olive oil from marinade.
  6. Sprinkle dough with 1/2 of mozzarella and parmesan.
  7. Top with chicken pieces in a single layer, sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Top with remaining cheese.
  9. Bake 8-10 minutes.
