Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 2 cup rice
  • 29 oz stock
  • 2 tbsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 4 cups water

Directions:

  1. Chop every thing up except rice and cook with 4 cups of water boil then simmer until chicken and carrots are cooked add rice take off of heat and let stand for ten mins.
