Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook chicken in small amount of broth until tender and completely cooked.
  2. Remove from broth and cool and cut into half inch pieces
  3. Wash grapes and slice in half in large bowl
  4. Add chicken and nuts
  5. Add dressing
  6. Mix till all ingredients are coated. If you need more dressing, add one tbs at a time.
  7. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Serve on romain lettuce leaves. This is a wonderful summer lunch served with some Wasa or crackers and cheese. Yummo
  8. Note: Use Miracle Whip or you won't get the right flavors going here.
