Chick Pea Potato Tomato Paste Curry

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Start Potatoes either boiling, or microwaved.
  2. Then chop Onion, Garlic clove, Jalapeno pepper.
  3. Add to medium heat greased pan. Saute until translucent or slightly brown.
  4. -Note-Potatoes need to be cooked and chopped before you are done sauteing so it can cook in with the other ingredients in the steps below /.
  5. Pour can of tomato sauce/paste into pan along with chick peas and potatoes.
  6. Reduce heat and let simmer 15-25 minutes.
  7. Add any salt or seasoning to taste!
