  • 1 (1/4 oz) package dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp cornmeal
  • 0.5 (14 oz) jar ragu pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 1/4 cup mushroom

Directions:

  1. For crust, dissolve yeast in water.
  2. Add sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons oil.
  3. Stir in flour to make a soft dough.
  4. Turn out onto well floured board.
  5. Knead about 3 minutes.
  6. Put in greased bowl; cover and let rise in warm place about 1 1/2 hours.
  7. Brush a 14-inch deep-dish pizza pan with 2 tablespoons oil; sprinkle with corn meal.
  8. Punch dough down; press in bottom of pan.
  9. Let rise 30 minutes.
  10. Punch down again, lightly coat with olive oil.
