Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 1/2 oz) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (16 oz) box confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. Melt margarine.
  2. Mix 1 egg and cake mix with margarine.
  3. Pat into 9x13-inch pan.
  4. Mix remaining eggs, cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until smoothe.
  5. Pour over mix in pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until center is done.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  8. Cut in squares and refrigerate until ready to serve.
