Ingredients:

  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash pepper

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, seafood seasoning, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Yield: 4-6 servings.
