Cherry Tomatoes and Cream

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pint heavy cream

Directions:

  1. In a heavy skillet, melt the butter with the sugar and salt.
  2. Add the tomatoes and cook stirring until the tomato skins begin to split.
  3. When they do begin to split, add the cream.
  4. Stir gently and serve.
