Cherry Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash of ground pepper
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium cucumber , quartered lengthwise and sliced crosswise (about 1 1/2 cups)

Directions:

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Add tomato and cucumber; toss gently. Serve immediately.
