Ingredients:
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash of ground pepper
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 medium cucumber, quartered lengthwise and sliced crosswise (about 1 1/2 cups)
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Add tomato and cucumber; toss gently. Serve immediately.
