Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle bourbon (100 proof)

Directions:

  1. Mix cherries, sugar, and bourbon in a glass 1 gallon jar.
  2. Keep in a cool, dark place.
  3. Shake once a week.
  4. Serve chilled at Christmas time.
