  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oats, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  2. In another bowl mix together the butter, eggs, and milk; blend into dry ingredients.
  3. Pour into an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake in a 375° oven for 25 minutes.
