  1. Combine tomato, cucumbers, sprouts red and green peppers, celery, pepper.
  2. And italian salad dressing in a medium bowl.
  3. Toss well, set aside.
  4. Divide cheese evenly into pita halves.
  5. Cover with paper towels and microwave at medium-high power for 30 seconds.
  6. To 1 minute or until cheese melts.
  7. Open sandwiches and stuff with equal amounts of vegetable mixture.
  8. Serve immediately.
