Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in margarine till tender
  2. Add sour cream and 1/2 C cheese, mix
  3. Blend together: cornbread mix ,corn, milk, egg.
  4. Spread into greased 9 inch sq pan
  5. Spread onion mixture over cornbread.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake 425 degrees 35-40 min
