Ingredients:

  • 1 12-oz tub of breakstone's temp tee whipped cream cheese
  • 1 can of hormel chili with beans
  • 1 package of shredded mexican ( taco) cheese blend

Directions:

  1. Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature about 1 hour so that it is easier to spread.
  2. Spread the bottom of a brownie size pan with the cream cheese. I use a spatula to make it easier.
  3. Pour the can of chili on top and spread evenly
  4. Sprinkle the top with as much of the shredded cheese as desired. I use the whole bag of cheese!
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees for a metal pan. 325 degrees for a glass pan.
  6. Place in oven (uncovered) for about 25-30 minutes or until all the cheese on top has melted.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
