Directions:

  1. Spread softened cream cheese in a deep glass pie dish.
  2. Spread chili on top and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Heat through either in microwave (make sure you cover it!) or oven at 350 degrees.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
