Ingredients:
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
Directions:
1.
Mix dry ingredients and 3/4 cup of cheese.

Beat eggs and milk and creamed corn.
3.
Mix together.
4.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
5.
Bake 25 mins at 350°F.
