Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Biscuit Base.
  2. Line base of container with grease proof paper, grease sides.
  3. Combine crumbs and melted butter in bowl.
  4. Press into base of container.
  5. Refrigerate.
  6. Cheese Layer.
  7. Cream cheese till soft.
  8. Add the milk and cream till mixture is smooth.
  9. Heat up agar agar mixture till hot before adding to cheese mixture.
  10. Add juice and essence.
  11. Pour over the biscuit base.
  12. Refrigerate overnite.
  13. Topping.
  14. Boil all the ingredients under Topping together, cool slightly before pouring over the cold cheesecake.
  15. Refrigerate.
