Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onion , slices (optional)

Directions:

  1. Brown meat in skillet; drain.
  2. Add 1 1/4 cups water, milk and ketchup. Bring to boil. Stir in shell macaroni; return to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low;cover. Simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  3. Add cheese sauce, tomato and onions; stir until well blended.
