Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Directions:

  1. Cook butter, onion and flour together.
  2. Add milk, cook until thickened.
  3. Add cheese and paprika.
  4. Simmer until cheese melts.
  5. Serve over steamed vegetables.
