This is a great cheese sauce for over veggys. I love it over broccoli or aspargus.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1/2 lb velveeta cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup chopped onion
Directions:
1. Cook butter, onion and flour together.
2. Add milk, cook until thickened.
3. Add cheese and paprika.
4. Simmer until cheese melts.
5. Serve over steamed vegetables.
