Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice spring onions - the green bits only
  2. Mix together cheese, onions and enough mayo to hold together, you don't want it too mayoey.
  3. Slice the bread sticks (if your using them) into rounds
  4. Spread the cheese and onion mix on to the bread
  5. Grill till lovely and golden
  6. Leave them sit for a couple of minutes (so your mouth doesn't get burned)
  7. ENJOY!!
  8. Depends on how many people you want to serve - about 4 slices of bread stick to a person, so make it for one or one hundred!
