Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 7 oz flour (200 g)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 1/2 oz butter (cold , aprox 100 g)
  • 2 oz parmesan cheese (60 g)

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients on a food processor and mix until getting a sand like texture.
  2. Sprinkle some flour over table and knead with hands.
  3. Roll out with a rolling pin.
  4. Using different shaped molds cut into cookies.
  5. Place over a plaque and let it rest on the fridge for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake on a preheated 400ºF (200ºC) until golden.
