Ingredients:

  • 1 lb velveeta , cubded
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp flour
  • a couple of dashes of white pepper and worcesershire sacue in the mix is a good addition

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease 9x13 glass baking dish
  3. Add cubed velveeta
  4. Sprinkle cheddar over velveeta
  5. Mix cottage cheese, butter, eggs and flour
  6. Pour over velveeta and cheddar
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 min
