Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • few grains cayenne

Directions:

  1. Mix cheese with flour, salt and cayenne. Beat whites until stiff and add flour mixture. Shape in small balls; roll in crumbs, fry in deep fat and drain on brown paper. Excellent served with fruit or vegetable salad. Serve immediately after cooking.
