Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In med saucepan, heat beans, salsa, and chili powder.
  2. Cook and stir until bubbly.
  3. Spray griddle with cooking spray.
  4. Brush 2 tortillas with WATER, brown that side.
  5. Turn tortillas over.
  6. Spread with 1/2 the bean mixture, sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 the cilantro.
  7. Top with second tortilla, press down, and brush top with water.
  8. Carefully turn over and brown other side.
  9. With pizza cutter, cut each quesadilla into 6 wedges.
