Cheddar Cheese Chicken with Bacon

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 350 and spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients.
  3. Dip chicken first in egg white, then into crumbs.
  4. Place in baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
  6. About 5 minutes before chicken is done, top with bacon bits and cheese, then place back in oven until cheese melts.
  7. ENJOY!
