Cheap & Easy Tuna Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 oz) can tuna
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup white wine

Directions:

  1. In large skillet, sauté onion in margarine.
  2. When onion is translucent, sprinkle flour in pan and let cook 1 or 2 minutes.
  3. Add milk and whisk.
  4. Take the pan off of the flame and add the wine.
  5. When sauce thickens, add tuna and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve over toast with sliced tomatoes.
