Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grate onion, place in the center of a linen napkin; squeeze out and reserve juice; discard pulp.
  2. Combine onion juice and dry mustard, blend into a paste.
  3. Add prepared mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Sprinkle pepper over mayonnaise.
  5. Add to first mixture, and blend thoroughly.
  6. Serve with cold sea food.
