Mustard Sauce for Corned Beef

Ingredients:

  • 125 ml water (in which corn beef has been boiled)
  • 125 ml vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix the egg, mustard and sugar together.
  2. Add the vinegar and beef liquor.
  3. Heat gently without boiling.
  4. Serve hot or cold with hot or cold corned beef.
