Ingredients:

  • 1 cup salmon
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • 1/4 cup egg beaters

Directions:

  1. Mix oats and egg beaters and allow to sit a couple of min.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon molasses
  3. Throw in 1 cup of canned salmon and a green chili
  4. Stir
  5. Plop on to the counter griller
